What’s the Application Fee?
Our application fee is a non-refundable $44 per person over the age of 18.
Whats a Holding Fee?
The $150 Holding Fee is what we use hold a specific unit for you while you continue to go through the compliance process. Once you move in, this money will be applied towards your move in costs. If you end up not renting with us and you already paid a holding fee, it is no longer refundable.
How long does it take to hear back after I apply?
At this time, we are looking at 3-6 business days before someone from our team will reach out to either (a) ask for more information (b) inform you of your approval to continue to the next process, or (c) reason for the denied application.
How long does this application process take?
It can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks depending on the applicant. Your compliance specials will keep you updated throughout the process.
Does this property have Income restrictions?
Yes, we do. Polaris at Covington requires all residents to either qualify under the 60% AMI requirement. See those income restrictions below:

Is there parking available, and if so, how much is it?
We have open parking that is first come first serve, we also have reserved open outdoor parking $25. Lastly garage parking is $90 and limited availability.
